Meet Gea Schepers – founder of New Normals
After years of working across Europe, the Middle East and Africa as an Executive Assistant and transformation lead.
I saw how many partners lose their own identity when moving abroad.
I created New Normals to help expat partners rebuild their freedom, identity and confidence.
One choice, one step, one new rhythm at a time.
My broad background combines an international corporate career at Otis Elevators, where I worked as Executive Assistant and later as International Transformation Leader, digitalizing business processes, scouting and developing talent, and guiding people from the old way of working to the new.
As a former expat myself, and after years of working closely with executives and their families who lived and moved abroad, I understand both sides of the journey: the excitement of starting over, and the challenge of truly feeling at home again.
Alongside my corporate journey, I’ve started and built my own businesses and side-hustles, learning firsthand what it takes to turn vision into reality and creating my own independent life.
Based in Eindhoven, I’ve cultivated a strong local network, from my school days and early jobs to my professional life, which allows me to connect people quickly with the communities, companies and opportunities they need to build a life or business of their own.
